Dr. Boris Spektor is the Program Director of the Emory Multidisciplinary Pain Fellowship. He has received the Subspecialty Teacher of the Year award in the Department of Anesthesiology in 2011 and 2014 and the Pain Teacher of the Year award in 2018. Dr. Spektor has been recognized with the Emory Doctor’s Day Award in 2016 as well as the Emory Educator Appreciation Day Award in 2017. His clinical expertise and research interests involve the management of perioperative anesthesia as well as acute and chronic pain. He is on the Clinical Competency Committee of both the Department of Anesthesiology and the Emory Pain Fellowship.
